The tortoise pattern looks even richer in person than in the photos, and it's held up fine after a month of riding around in my tote. Clipping it to my backpack strap means I stop digging through pockets every time I want to pull an earbud out.

The clip on the back is sturdier than I expected, so it stays put on my backpack instead of swinging around. Snapping the case open takes a little getting used to, but my AirPods have stayed in it through a month of commuting.
